1. In "Device" tab, click on "Manage Templates" button.

   

2. Click on "Add Templates" button.

   

3. Fill in the template details.

   1. Choose your category:
      Utility: Non-promotional, transactional updates (order status, OTP).
      Marketing: Promotion, offer discounts, re-engage customers.

   2. Enter template "Name".

   3. Choose "Language".

      

   4. Choose type of variables: "Number" or "Name(Text)".

      

   5. Choose "Media Sample".

      

      - If you choose "None", you can enter "Header".

      

      - If you choose others, you will not be able to enter "Header".

      

   6. Enter "Header". You may add 1 variable only.

      

   7. Enter "Body". You may add more than 1 variable.

      

   8. Enter "Footer". No variable can be added.

      

   9. Add "Button" if needed. Then click "Save".
